The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach.
Having to travel to the old town to collect the key after arriving in Benidorm off the bus was very inconvenient. We were offered for someone to meet us at the apartment for a fee of £40. What made it worse was the cleaners were in the apartment when we got there so they could just have given us a key!
No sunbeds at the pool wasn't the best, we were told because its a community they dont provide them.
There was no air conditioning in the bedroom which made sleeping uncomfortable.

I spent 10 nights with my little family in this beautiful apartment i really enjoyed and appreciated my stay inside . it’s very clean and confortable we had all the necessary equipments. the view from the. Balcony is very fantastic. The building is located in a clean and calm area
. A special thanks to the cleaning team of the building. They do. Great job 👍👍👍👍🫶🫶🫶💯💯💯💯 also I would like to thank Mr Harold for his kindness and hospitality.

All was amazing and Suzana was gorgeous very kind and helpfull and friendly person to us.
Everything was perfect so no concerns...Really it was very nice.

Great location with nice sea/city views.. it was also a good size apartment.
The main issue was having to walk 2.5 km across town in nearly 30 degree heat with our luggage to collect keys. When we eventually located the estate agent to collect keys, sign a contract, and pay €250 damage deposit, the staff although polite, didn't seem to know what they were doing, with regards to apartment entry, what key was what etc. We then walked out on the the street, looking at the keys keyring which had numbers and letters on it, so walked back into the estate agent to asked what there pertained to, the staff then said it the apartment letter and apartment floor, it also had a random number which turned out to be a code the estate used. It Would have been an Idea to tell us this straight away. So all in all not very good.
