Magdalenia's cozy apartments

We liked the location being just on the edge of the 'new' town to the old suited us fine. Very near the A&B supermarket. The cleanliness and the layout of the apartment was also impressive. On this visit to Nafplio we did not use a car but the location lent itself to local parking rather than having to park in the dock car park and carry the suitcases. Good internet service via Wifi and mobile sites. The shared patio looked inviting but we did not use it. The shower worked very well WHEN hot water was available

Cooking equipment and cooking utensils were spartan. We had an issue with the hob which we managed to 'lock' whilst cleaning. There were no manuals to tell us how to unlock it so we spent a lot of time trying to work it out. There was no brush or vacuum to allow us clean the floor before we left. A word of caution is that the hot water is dependent on the weather. Our weather was mediocre so we ran out and needed to revert to the electric immersion heater get hot water for showering and washing. For light sleepers, traffic noise may be an issue, especially if the windows are left open.

Prime location & very accommodating host.

A few more kitchen items would help. The owner is very accommodating if you need anything though.

Great spot to stay in Nafplio! Can walk everywhere and always found a car park in the street. Heaps of space in the apartment and having the washing machine was so handy! Great communication from the owner too. Would definitely stay here again

The location in the mountains is lovely and the gardens and patio and balcony were very enjoyable.The outdoor furniture is comfortable and the lighting good so we enjoyed beautiful mornings and evenings. It is very clean and comfortable. The owners are very very friendly and helpful and kind to us. I hope we can visit again there next year.

The only problem is that the beautiful garden and the beautiful balcony are in the afternoon sun. So you do not get to enjoy the view or the outdoors during those hours, however, in the morning and in the evening, it is wonderful to sit outside.
