A very decent spacious hotel
due to the room location (may be?) we constantly get cigarette smoke smell coming into the room. Quite uncomfortable because we cannot open the windows to ventilate the room (windows are shut for safety reasons).

Nice simple hotel within walking distance to shops at Pantai Lido, with a small.waterslides that the kids loved

It’s okay , run downed Hotel
no lift from car park
Not clean , despite the renovation noticed there are remnants of old stuff , sofa had stains , carpets stained
We saw a dead animal in the breakfast area and informed the crew and it was cleared , it’s was not pleasant and that put off the Appetite
The breakfast spread can be improved or made more attractive
