This is a fine property with a great location. The entrance is very private and has the feel of a personal villa. The residence has a very large balcony, hardwood floors, a modern bathroom, and an eat-in kitchen with a gas stove. All of the appliances are satisfactory.
The beach is slightly over one street away, as is the butcher, fish store, and fresh-produce market. The small supermarket is about two streets away, an easy walk.
There are three convenient bus stops, with one about 100 meters from the front door and the farthest about a block away. The neighborhood has numerous restaurants, several of which are quite good.
Best of all is the hostess and her son, who are welcoming and gracious beyond all expectations.
