Welcome to your home away from home in central Florida, the perfect place to stay when planning a trip to Walt Disney World! Stay entertained with a private pool, while sharing the community volleyball and tennis courts, as well as a game room!
Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. In your downtime, take in a movie night on the large TV in the living area, or play some board games at the dining table. hobby chefs will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort, with a soft Queen-size bed, a private entrance to the lanai, and a lovely en suite bathroom that features a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Kids will love bunking down in the Disney-themed rooms, getting them excited for the trip! Lounge about the lanai and make a splash in the pool until the stars come out above. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Could use some updates but overall a nice property

4 of us traveled from cold weather Tn down to Florida to play a weekend of golf. Everything was great. I would suggest taking a fan you can put on the side of your bed. Even though there are ceiling fans it still gets on cause you can’t turn the air down. And it’s set on 75. Stayed in this unit on new years as well. And maybe booking it again in June.

My family and a friend came down to Florida from Tn for new years. Everything was great except getting in the gate. Gate code was out of date. Had to call and get another code. Breaker box to turn on heat for pool had a lock on it. I didn’t realize until the second day that it was just dummy locked. It needs to be put in the notes that it’s not locked but had a lock on it.so I paid for a day for the pool to be heated and it wasn’t. Other than that everything was great. And will stay again in the near future.
