About this villa rental
Welcome to the Tuscan Hills Luxury Villa
The perfect villa for families and groups of friends. The spacious well furnished villa consists of an open-plan living area, a family lounge with 55″ TV, a dining area with eight seats, a well-equipped kitchen including new cooker, washing machine & and tumble dryer with breakfast bar and nook. Patio doors leading to the private south facing pool with spa. Outside there is a large extended sundeck which is fully screened, external toilet and outside shower. The pool has a safety fence which can be removed when not required. All patio doors leading to pool area are fitted with safety alarm.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms, 3 of which have been recently renovated.

Tuscan Hills is the perfect location for visiting all the many Orlando area attractions. Disney World is only 15 minutes drive, Universal and Sea World 20 minutes. Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, 1 mile south of the junction with US192 West.
Golfers will be delighted to know the Orlando area boasts some of the finest golf courses, many of which are located very close to Tuscan Hills where membership is not essential - pay and play, including clubs hire is available.
A variety of restaurants are situated minutes from the villa with a more extensive selection available in nearby Kissimmee.

My family enjoyed our stay at Tuscan. Time in the pool and hot tub was great for relaxing. Close to parks, too.We even had a family pool / air hockey tournament.Thank you, Michelle!

Check in process was smooth and communication with the owners was easy. Villa was in a great location for quick access to the 192 and Disney. The area was quiet and secure. Villa layout was brilliant, plenty of space and good amenities in the villa.

This villa was excellent in size as there was nine of us. the amenities and location was also excellent as not to far from all the attractions. Any little problem & there was only one was sorted within hours also a supermarket & places to eat only a few minutes away. the pool area was big enough for all of us when spending the day relaxing 😎
