Come and stay in this beautiful flat with balcony and lift located in the heart of the historic centre of Bordeaux, Place du Palais.
Bathed in light, the flat has been entirely renovated and decorated with taste. With a surface area of 70m2, it is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful stone building, and is accessible by lift.
You can relax on the large balcony overlooking the Palace Square, enjoy a meal or a glass of wine and contemplate the activity of the city.
The flat has two spacious bedrooms, one courtyard bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with a single bed overlooking the balcony.
Large living room with a large balcony overlooking the Place du Palais, separate kitchen with balcony access. A shower room with washing machine, separate WC.
Ideal location to discover the city thanks to the proximity of the sites of interest (Porte Cailhau at the foot of the building, Sainte-Pierre district, not far from the Place de la Comédie and its Opera, the Place de la Bourse and the water mirror,...), transport (tramway at 3 minutes walk), quays, shops, restaurants, markets and flea markets.
The flat is ideal for 3 people and can accommodate an extra child in a cot which will be made available on request.
