- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, WIFI,
- access to the residence swimming pool (open from May 1st to October 15th),
- a secure parking spot.
