El alojamiento es formidable, es muy bonito y confortable. Está muy bien situado, en el centro y a menos de 5 minutos de la playa. Pegado al alojamiento hay un Carrefour Express. La atención recibida por Itxaso ha sido estupenda, hubo un día con problemas de internet e hizo todo lo posible para restablecerla. Nos entregó un plano de Zarautz, indicándonos la zona y dónde poder comer o cenar algún día si queríamos. Además, nos facilitó por poco dinero una tarjeta de parking para poder aparcar en la zona de residentes durante nuestra estancia, algo que se agradeció bastante, porque aparcar hubiera sido sino tedioso. Nos ha gustado la zona y el alojamiento, con lo cual repetiremos.

La ubicación del apartamento y la disponibilidad de Itxaso (una de las propietarias) para cualquier duda o incidencia.
Es complicado aparcar en todo Zarautz a pesar de que el alojamiento te facilita una tarjeta de aparcamiento para la zona donde está ubicado. No es un problema del apartamento sino del afán de recaudación del ayuntamiento.

Ben situat. Habitació moderna i amb tot allò que necessites. Silenci absolut. Prop de moltes botigues i restaurants.
Una mica tancat. Tot i que té una bona finestra a un pati, hauria estat bé tenir-ne una altra cap al carrer.
