Location is fantastic , cleanliness, climate and hospitality of owner.
This is individual but mattress in big bed was too soft. And small is really squeaky.

easy walking distance to both the beach in one direction and to the centre of town in the other
Noisy neighbours! located on the edge of a green, which was a thoroughfare for people walking to town, only a short walk to the train station, handy for a day trip to San Sebastian, but noisy just the same. Appt was located on the ground floor of an appt block with noisy 1st floor tenants and close to a cafe which was noisy.

Nothing at all. It is quite basic so I wouldn’t want to cook there, but that’s not a disadvantage
