L’endroit correspond à la description ; c’est beau, propre et confortable ! Nous nous sentons chez nous.
Le personnel est très accueillant, tout le monde est très gentil. Ils répondent rapidement à toutes les questions si nécessaire.

È stato un soggiorno assolutamente perfetto.
La struttura gode di ottima posizione (meno di dieci minuti di auto dal pieno centro di Chania), tranquilla e silenziosa durante le ore notturne. La suite in cui abbiamo soggiornato è ampia, elegante e dotata di ogni comfort per un soggiorno anche lungo (compresa la vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzo!). Una menzione particolare meritano la colazione (vi viene consegnata direttamente in stanza all’orario che concordate ed avete ampia scelta tra alcuni menu, comprese opzioni vegane e gluten-free), la cura e l’attenzione con cui viene eseguito il servizio in camera (voto massimo alla pulizia, sempre impeccabile) e la professionalità e gentilezza degli Host, sempre reperibili per ogni nostra domanda e pronti ad esaudire ogni richiesta (l’host ci ha anche aiutato nel recupero dei bagagli che in aeroporto ci avevano perso).
Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa, se dovete soggiornare a Chania non potete fare scelta migliore!
