It is a private spa. It is expensive for the country but it it great place for a night or two

The communication was good and fast, lady that waited for us was very nice. Everything was sparkling clean, many exceptional details, drinks included in the price, inside there is sauna, swimming pool, big bathroom with all amenities.

Everything was good but I will write only small little details. There was no cover for the bed, but inside is very warm so that was ok. It is in the basement of the building, which is also ok but there are no windows, just one little one through which you can hear people passing by in the street. For us it was not a problem, it was not a huge noice since street is not the main one hence there are not so many people passing by. There is a machine for controlling the air and humidity and is making noice, but that is also normal and it didn't bother us. One thing I. noticed is that there as no knifes and cutlery in the room, but they can easily add that. Also checkin is at 20h, which I assume is so they can properly clean all, it is to be taken into account when you travel because you might need to leave your stuff earlier or something. also all things in the apartment are really clean and great.

Exceptional

Beautiful and amazing "ZEN" place in centre of Novi Sad. The ambient is very peaceful, it's clean and well equipped! The best part is that you literally have a private pool next to your bedroom and a sauna next to the pool. The whole place has a very aesthetic and unique interrior design. Highly recommended to come here and enjoy all of this!

Zaboravili su na nasu rezervaciju

Lep je smestaj. Stolica za masazu je odlicna.

Niko nam se nije javljao povodom rezervacije. Pokusala sam da kontaktiram vlasnika putem Booking-a, preko sms, i poziva i tek nakon sto sam pokusala i preko Vibera, odgovorio mi je da je nije u Srbiji i dao mi je drugi broj SAMO pola sata pre nego sto smo trebali da udjemo u smestaj. Mislim da su zaboravili na nas. Zbog toga smo usli vise od pola sata kasnije. Zena koja nas je sacekala nam se nije izvinila vec nas je pitala sto nismo rezervisali direktno. Uglavnom, voda u bazenu je bila okej, ali u prostoriji je bilo jako hladno. Upalili smo klimu i ugasili ventilaciju, ali trebali su sati da se ugreje i zbog toga nismo ni bili puno u bazenu. Usli smo u saunu bukvalno da se ugrejemo. U mini baru su pored vode, bili mala flasica rakije i par razlicitih piva. Ocekivala bih barem neko vino ili nesto slicno. Sve u svemu, razocarali smo se i mislim da usluga nije vredna te cene.
