Pistol Pete’s Place -Sleeps 4 1BR/1BA; queen + trundle. Second-floor unit with rooftop deck & bistro set, kitchenette, Smart TV & WiFi, Mntn View Patio, gazebo or grill outdoors. Walk to Bath Lake swimming, shops, bars & trails, 10 min to Wichita Mntns Refuge, 5 mins to Mt Scott, 7 mins to Lk Lawtonka, fun family escape the park, Museums, Casinos. Enjoy Medicine Pk.
The Space:
The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Pistol Pete's Place is one of the second floor tiny houses, and it is the orange one located to the left of the gazebo if you enter from the front InnHabit arch, above Knees in the Breeze. It has a queen bed with a full sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with shower stall.
Guest Access:
Guests that reserve Pistol Pete's Place will have their own second-floor landing deck with a bistro set, as well as an entire rooftop deck with additional seating. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.
The Neighborhood:
InnHabit is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park surrounded by the Wichita Mountains. Onsite at InnHabit are Little Bear Street Eats restaurant, The Refuge Ale House bar, Little Bear Sweet Eats dessert shop, Misty’s Popcorn shop, The Spot at Mt. Scott pet boutique, and Great Ash Cigars shop. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk away.
We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events. In the Heart of Medicine Park, Right outside of Fort Sill perfect for Basic Training Graduation.
Getting Around:
InnHabit offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park at InnHabit and explore our town on foot!
Other Things to Note:
Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.

Noel and Julie are often on site and available for any questions, recommendations, or other things you may need.

Hot summer time. Could've used a fan to circulate the air con. It was a little uncomfortable at night. A great location and accommodations. Just needs better AC in the heat of the summer.

This place is so wonderful, in the heart of it all at Medicine Park. Noel and Julie and their staff make sure every little detail is taken care of with your stay. The tiny homes are so cute, personalized and very comfortable and cozy. Stay here the next chance you get. You won't regret it!

We stayed two nights during the week knowing that it would be less busy. The OSU unit was perfect for 3 adults. Unfortunately my wife and daughter were afraid to climb the ladder to the roof, but the landing patio worked out perfectly. We met one of the owners and she was so kind to talk for a bit. Highly recommend and we will be back again.
