Parking is an easy in and out without the worries of pedestrians. Ample parking is convenient for those needing to pull water toys or a boat.
This house was a newly decorated fulltime home and has stayed in the same condition. Pride of ownership is evident. Set on 2 lots allows for a great deal of privacy.
The primary bedroom contains a king size bed and a large on suite bathroom with 2 spaced out vanities, a stand-alone shower, and a jetted bathtub designed for 2. The guest rooms each contain a queen bed. A workspace with a desk and comfortable office chair is located in one of the rooms and a small treadmill is located in the other. The living room contains a sofa and chair for seating, a television and a fireplace.
There is a breakfast table for 4 plus a bar with 4 seats and 2 additional at a built-in kitchen seating area.
We allow up to 2 dogs (see pricing). Due to owner allergy, we are unable to accommodate cats. Dogs must be fully house trained and have current vaccinations and flea/tick medication or collars.
