Welcome to the John Ringling House, a three-bedroom and two bathroom one-of-a-kind masterpiece on the National Historic Registry and is a 1924 Historic John Ringling Estate. As you arrive at this home, you'll notice the Spanish Mediterranean ambiance from the early 1900s that helped shape the Iconic Sarasota Architecture scene. There is a chic living space with a sofa, chairs, and a TV, and it opens into the home's parlor, which features floor-to-ceiling antique crank windows and a bistro table. The kitchen is an absolute chef's dream, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and essentials, including pots, pans, and utensils, and there is a formal dining room, with a table set for eight guests.

The original hardwood floors carry out through the home's three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has vibrant decor and a private deck with loungers where you can bask in the Florida sunshine. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest room has a TV and ample storage space, and the third bedroom is fabulous for kids; it has two bunk beds! These rooms share the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
