The neighborhood boasts its own charming pocket park and kayak launch. Walk to everything the downtown area has to offer: Burns Court, Main Street, restaurants, movies, cafe's, shopping, the farmers market, the marina, and more.

Please be aware that our privacy fence in the back was torn down due to Hurricane Milton. There is no fence in the back yard. We don't have a timeline yet on when this will be rebuilt. Thank you for your understanding.

The galley kitchen overlooks the great room. Relax in comfort with a cushy sofa and love seat in the spacious living area. Off of the living room is the Queen suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and shower. This cottage was recently remodeled and comes completely furnished (including a fully stocked kitchen)with refrigerator, microwave, range and access to a washer/dryer. Really cute private patio for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night! Off street parking included.

》We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
》You're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
》The City of Sarasota has a noise ordinance policy in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience, instead it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident. Apartment was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Loved the location. We walked easily to downtown area. Kitchen was stocked with all the amenities. Layout would be best for one couple or one couple with children. It would be awkward for 2 couples since you need to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The neighborhood is an absolute gem, so close to many wonderful restaurants, interesting retail stores, and local sights to enjoy.
The house was well-equipped with lovely, modern furniture, including very comfortable bed mattresses. Nothing better than a good night’s sleep on vacation!
The area that needs some work is the patio space. We love to spend a lot of time outside for meals or just to read and relax. Some more inviting presentation would be helpful.
A big “thank you” to the project manager who was always quick to help with any questions that we had.

Careful, the duct tape over light switches, large extension cord across room in bedroom, a hazard to anyone getting out of bed during night, signs of lack of attention to property. Beautiful weather, and convenient.
