Please be aware that our privacy fence in the back was torn down due to Hurricane Milton. There is no fence in the back yard. We don't have a timeline yet on when this will be rebuilt. Thank you for your understanding.

The main living space is an open style layout and an abundance of natural sunlight with doors opening up to the back patio for enjoying the breezes throughout the home. The galley kitchen overlooks the great room. Relax in comfort with a cushy sofa in the spacious living area. Off of the living room is the Queen suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and shower. This cottage was recently remodeled and comes completely furnished (including a fully stocked kitchen)with refrigerator, microwave, range and access to a washer/dryer. Really cute private patio for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night! Off street parking included.

》 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. Please pull in straight and park one car in front of the other. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. Street parking is limited.


》Home is not for any types of parties, loud noise and has quite hours 10pm - 8am.

》We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.


》Please Remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
