A cozy little cottage between the countryside and the sea

The Gîte de la Briqueterie welcomes 4 to 6 guests to its fully renovated former brickworks.
It is located in the small coastal village of Senneville, 2 km from Fécamp, 18 km from Étretat, 47 km from Le Havre, 53 km from Honfleur via the Normandy Bridge, and 62 km from Dieppe….
For your comfort and to ensure you enjoy a pleasant stay, the 100-square-meter house features:
- an entrance under a veranda leading to the main living area. Fully glassed-in.
-A living area consisting of a dining room for 6 and a living room with 2 sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with access to standard digital terrestrial TV channels, and free internet and Wi-Fi.
-The living room opens onto a large, fully equipped kitchen: Dinnerware for 6, utensils, small appliances, a thermos-style filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator-freezer, an electric convection oven, an induction cooktop, and a range hood. The open kitchen features a high table and 2 stools facing a sliding glass door, perfect for breakfast with a view of the wheat fields.
- On the first floor, you’ll find a separate wall-mounted toilet and a bathroom with a large 120x90cm shower, a spacious countertop where you can comfortably store all your toiletries, a large vanity cabinet, a sink, and a towel warmer.
Our property has two floors, accessible via the staircase.
• The first floor consists of a landing leading to the restroom and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be pushed together to form one large 180-cm bed if needed. The bedroom has a window overlooking the garden and fields, a closet, shelves, and a roller shutter.
• The second bedroom on the first floor features a double bed (140x190 cm), a walk-in closet, and a roller shutter.
• The third bedroom, measuring 25 m², is located on the second floor and features a 160x190 cm bed and ample storage space.
• Our vacation rental features a large parking area for 4 cars as well as a garden, all on a total area of approximately 500 m².
• The outdoor area also features a 30 m² terrace with a table, chairs, and a shade sail; you’ll find sun loungers and garden chairs.
A storage room allows you to store your bicycles safely.
The security deposit includes a €50 cleaning fee, which is automatically refunded if the cleaning service is purchased or if the cleaning you perform yourself is satisfactory.
