About this house rental
A beautifully styled house on the edge of St Ives but still a stones throw (8 min walk) from the hustle and bustle. Three stylish bedrooms, 2 kings and 1 super king all with super comfy simba mattress’s for the best night sleep ever. The house is big enough to accommodate a large family / 2 families or friends. The most amazing views from all windows as well as a large deck out back to enjoy a bbq or fire pit in the evening.
The space
This stylish and recently redecorated home offers the beauty of being in St.Ives yet ideally perched just on the edge of the countryside.
Three stylish and spacious bedrooms, 2 Kings and 1 Super king all with super comfy Simba mattress’s for the best night sleep ever. A King bedroom is located downstairs so perfect for a multi generational holiday with a guest who might require a sleeping room and bathroom on the ground floor more conveneint. The house has 2 family bathrooms one on each floor.
A newly installed very well equipped open-plan kitchen/diner with the dining space over looking the rear garden. Also with the addition of a very useful utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a drying rack for wetsuits and storage of surf/ paddle boards etc.
Super stylish lounge with a very large comfy sofa, day bed and chair, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring, completed with a large Smart TV, with Netflix/Prime access etc.
The house is big enough to accommodate a larger family / 2 families or friends. The most amazing views from all windows as well as a large deck out back to enjoy a bbq or fire pit in the evening as well as a garden for kids to run around in. We also have fast WiFi at the house for working from home and or teenagers!!
There is a drive at the front of the house which can accommodate 3 cars at a squeeze , 2 comfortably .
