    First I want to say that I rarely leave bad reviews; if a place is at worst neutral I often won't say anything at all. However, I was quite unimpressed with this hotel and I feel it's worth mentioning some of the pain points. The staff were of course nice and helpful but it kind of ends there. Reasons I'd not recommend this location: The pillows were way too stiff, both sets. The room wasn't disgusting but it wasn't clean; there were crumbs all around and in the fridge and the walls were all marked up with hand prints and dirt. There's a minor ant problem so don't store any food by the outside windows. The shower was NOT clean; it had a slimy residue on the tile. The air conditioning was absolutely awful and took forever to cool, ran all night as well because it struggled to keep temperature. The elevator is VERY slow and requires a key card to go up, which naturally the elevator is super picky about and rejects often. The hotel is right off a busy street which fortunately you cannot hear in your room but the moment you go outside or to the pool it's constant noise. Other stuff worth mentioning: There's onsite free laundry which is nice but there are only 2 machines and they are always occupied; I do not remember if laundry is advertised in their listing, if not I would not hold this against them.
