    Not my first time here. This visit however was different. The TV would not accept a change of language. Netflix was unobtainable. YouTube was unobtainable. I’m English with little Spanish. Jose on reception came up to the room to help try and sort the problem but to no avail. Apparently “work” to the 4th floor, which was where I had a room, had been underway recently. I asked if it could be looked at the following day while I was out with a view to repairing the problem. It didn’t get resolved the next day. The room was described as Delux. The room didn’t have any unit in the bathroom or shelving on which to place toiletries. A full length mirror in the bedroom would have been appreciated and something that I would expect a “Delux room” to have. The fridge in the room screeched loudly every time I opened it. (WD 40 might help) The staff are all lovely and the price is what I would prefer to pay obviously. However, I’m going to have a search for an alternative small hotel as I need to be visiting Santiago frequently for dental work.

    My room was at the front overlooking the main highway. The traffic is constant and throughout the night. Take earplugs or request room at rear of building. Other than that I highly recommend this little hotel. The photos do not do the place justice in my opinion. Very good value for the money if you are just passing through the city.

    It was ok, not great but not bad. I did see some bugs and hot water went from scolding hot to cold on its own very difficult to find a comfortable temperature.
