The sound of the vehicles on the street were VERY loud. The neon sign lit up the room when it was dark outside and we were trying to sleep. When I used the towel to scoot from the tub to the sink, I noticed the significant amount of dirt on the towel which tells me they don’t clean the floors at all.

Nice big shower with a small window for ventilation. But the ac unit is old and I had to clean the filters. Condition of the room was mid. But the bed was comfortable.

bugs crawling in bathroom and bugs flying in bedroom. missing tiles from bathroom and dirty shower. bed smelled suspicious. lots of scratches and stains on the floor and walls.

The room was not clean, the floors were filthy dirty, I’m glad I brought my own comforter because the one on the bed had blood stains and yellow stains. I woke up around 4 and found a bed bug near my pillow, and then looked around and found one underneath my comforter. The air conditioning worked but tried using the heat and had to turn it off because it started to smell like urine. The air conditioning eventually started to smell like urine as well. Staff were nice. Parking was okay. I am sorry but I will never stay here again, and after I found the bed bugs I just had to get out of there. And yes I took pictures and video.

Would've been nice if we knew ahead of time that the property demanded $50 cash for a deposit at check in. I offered my card but they directed me to an atm down the street. I was in a hurry and did not appreciate the inconvenience. The clerk ended up allowing me to bring it later but that wouldn't have worked out for me so instead i had to give up the limited cash i had on me to satisfy their demands.

Found this hotel super last minute. One good thing was that they let us check in super late they are open 24/7. Down fall was everything else. We walked in the room family of 4. First thing my daughter went in to use the bathroom and she saw a bug. I walked in and saw it was a cockroach! Not just 1 but 4! Checked the whole room didn’t see any anywhere else but still gross! Checked the bed to make sure and sure enough we removed the top sheet and saw two big yellow stains! Very disappointing! I know you pay for what you get but come on it should be better taken care of. I did mention it to the front desk person but of course all they say is I am so sorry about that. And acted shocked not surprised at all.

The room was clean. The bed was decent. Only thing I would say had a very bad stained comfort chair that I definitely didn’t sit on or put anything on because it was so badly soiled this room is just good enough for one night I wouldn’t stay multiple nights.

The room smelled as if someone had smoked on it. As soon as I turned on AC it started to smell like pee. There no place to hang your clothes, floors looked dirty and sheet didn't looked as if they were changed at all. We stayed for 2 nights and no one came in to clean the room at all. I will not stay here even for free
