Very central and well located. Staff are veryy nice. Will come here again. The only negative point which didnt get them a 10/10 is the bathroom ventilation. The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it. Everything else was perfect

I first selected this hotel for mobility-challenged friends. They told me it was the best accommodation they had during their 6-week European tour. I was previously using a place in the old town; my wife and I have since switched to this hotel. Great staff. Great location. Great beds. Great rooms.

Our stay was a true pleasure! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and the provided toiletries smelled so good. The location was also very convenient to the old town area, shops and restaurants. I would stay there again if I ever have the pleasure of visiting Chania!
