Shower was often close to flooding bathroom, but never did, still annoying

The apartment was beautiful, with high ceilings and a very spacious layout. Everything we needed was provided, including a kettle, coffee and tea, hairdryer which made our stay very comfortable. The place was spotless and had a modern, stylish design. The location is the best in the city – everything is within walking distance. It’s close to the KTEL bus station, just 3-5 min walk (from which you can easily get to the airport - 30 min), the Venetian port, the sea, restaurants, and a Carrefour store. We had a small issue with the room access card (it broke, which was our fault), but we received help immediately. The contact with the owner was excellent – very fast and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Air-conditioned comfortable room

There was NO INDICATION ON WEBSITE that there was no Elevator available and I had to carry a heavy suitcase up and down 32 STAIRS. Had I been warned I would have chosen alternative accommodation. What I paid for was not worth what I was offered. There were roadworks going on every single day of my 7-day stay excluding Sunday. Couldn't watch BBC world service as and when required blurred picture/sound only worked on rare occasions or other foreign channels and I wasn't interested in watching Greek TV or for paying to watch PAY TV. No cupboard offered. Just had to hang my clothes on a rail with insufficient hangers visible to anyone entering my room. Had to make my own bed as top sheet and cover just placed above the bed whenever sheets were changed.
