A beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and wonderful staff. I don't know what more anyone could want. I would 100% stay here again.

The room was comfortable and quiet.

The staff were great and welcoming and the room was impeccable. However, there was a small issue with breakfast where me and my partner only wanted it for one day out of the 3 nights we were staying. When we went to check out, we were told there was an outstanding balance for the breakfast (we had already paid) So I'm not sure what happened there. Overall, a lovely hotel and near by the train station and buses which was very convenient.

Hotel is real nice and conveniently located near the airport. The facility is well staffed. However, I had 2 pain points:
1. We had issues with their parking which is not well lighted and hard to find in dark. We also had issues with their parking entry gate. The parking card got stuck and we could not contact the staff to open the gate. I had to come back to the reception and drive back there.
2. Hotel has contract with an airline and there are buses coming to drop off airline staff. I found us stuck behind a crowd of airline staff. It took some time for me to get to the reception. Hotel can have a separate desk for airline staff.
