Good location, close to airport, walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The AC was the best in Spain. The room was very clean and modern. We arrived before check-in. Our room was ready, however, if we wanted to access it before 3 o’clock, we had to pay €20.

A pleasant stay to conclude our trip, very close to the old town. Cava given on arrival and Info about the hotel. Aircon ++ in room and thick windows to drown out the city sounds. No extra toiletries/ personal care items but a free mini bar. Also was able to leave luggage in hotel securely after checkout.

What a great find, booked at the last minute. Easy 20 walk from the train station. Very friendly and helpful front desk . Welcome drink offered. A little candy station for guests. Breakfast is extra, but excellent with great variety, plus small menu of cooked to order items. Mini fridge in room stocked with some drinks, and those were included in the room price. Daily cleaning service. Very easy walk to the old town center and the market.

Nice hotel, well located. Rooms are very nice and clean. Only minus is that it’s extremely noisy from the corridor to the rooms and also a little noisy between the rooms. If someone was in the corridor talking, it felt like they were standing right in front of you. Otherwise very happy with the stay :)

Great location- with great views. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The food was good from the hotel restaurant. The hotel was very generous with the snacks and drinks on arrival and in our hotel room. The beds are comfortable and the linens were very nice. We enjoyed our stay at this very upscale hotel.

New building and nice facility. Good service. 3 people check in but only 2 robs. Lack of hooks on the wall and not enough hangers in closet. The maid on teh 2nd day did not provide us the toiletries and toilet papers. Overall, a nice stay. Just a bit far from center old town

Our corner room was wonderful, our daily breakfast was delightful, and every employee was as friendly, helpful and an absolute joy (special shoutout to Juan Carlos at the front desk. We arrived late, and the room we were shown ("superior") was incredibly small had no window. It had an opening onto an interior airshaft. We paid for an upgrade to a "corner room." This had 2 windows over the street, but was also very small (the desk chair could not be pulled out from under the desk without hitting the bed). As it was very late, we just went to bed---but the room stank of an open toilet. It was not the bathroom in the room. The smell was coming from the wall directly behind the bed. We had to sleep with a window open. As well, the bed was smaller (not king) than advertised and the pillows were those very hard bags of what felt like towels. When we spoke to the staff first thing in the morning, they said "oh, well, when it rains in Valencia, every place smells like that. My apartment smells like that. It is just the way things are." Then they came up to the room and sniffed the air. "We don not smell anything. And we have no other room for you." We immediately checked out and went to a different (and much better) hotel. When we asked for a refund of the unused 4 nights, they sent an email saying "We did not smell anything, and you paid in advance, so NO REFUND." The day manager, the restaurant manager (waitperson?), the housekeeping manager were all completely uninterested in addressing the issue or even really listening. They said "send an email to the website. They should get back to you in a day or two." never heard a word.
