    We self-checked in at around 3AM and it was a hassle-free process. Our room is clean, spacious, with 2 bathrooms and ample living room area. Nice hotel.

    An Absolutely Wonderful Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience at this hotel was truly out of the world! I stayed here with my mom in April, and from start to finish, it was an absolutely amazing experience. The location was superb—very convenient, with everything we needed close by. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities we could have asked for. The highlight, however, was the stunning sea view from our room. Waking up to that view was simply priceless! The entire stay was comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. The hotel, the location, the room, and especially the view all came together perfectly. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything better. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

    It was a very smooth stay right after we landed in Korea. Since our arrival time is 2am, we decided to stay in Incheon so that we can have a rest without travelling straight to Seoul. What I am amazed about the hotel is that it is very spacious with its price. And clean. We enjoyed our stay! There is also a convenience store just at the side of the hotel which makes it more convenient.

    The self check-in experience was quite difficult and could definitely be improved. We arrived early, but there were no staff present to assist us, and there was very limited space for guests to wait. As a result, we had to sit on the floor with our luggage and wait until 3pm for check-in. The staff conveniently came at 2.30pm and did not bother to inform guests that our rooms are ready. Since there were no staff available, we had to approach other English-speaking hotel guests to help us understand the check-in process. This was quite inconvenient, especially after a long journey. The hotel also did not provide some basic amenities, such as toothbrushes and essential toiletries, which was disappointing. Another thing to note is that the hotel is not particularly close to Incheon Airport. It is quite a distance away, and our journey to the airport cost us 48,500 KRW, which was quite expensive and defeats the purpose of us booking the hotel thinking its near the airport as what is stated on Agoda.
