    The location was convenient, fairly close to Incheon Airport and also near the last stop on Incheon Subway Line 1. There is still quite a bit of construction around the area, but I never felt unsafe. Even on a Tuesday night, there were quite a few people at the restaurants and bars on the ground floor of the building. The room was clean and had towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I knew that small towels are commonly used in Korea, so the four provided were fine for one night. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste. The air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi all worked well. The kitchen also had most of the basic equipment, and there was a large fridge. The main disappointment was the communication and check-in process. I entered my phone number when booking through Agoda, but the property said they did not have my number. They also said they had sent me a text message, but I never received it. As it is a self check-in property, I had no instructions on how to check in, and the reservation number required was not the Agoda booking number. In the end, I had to borrow a phone from the parking office nearby, call the property and get the correct reservation number before I could check in. I could speak Korean, so I managed to sort it out, but I imagine this would have been quite difficult for someone who does not speak Korean. It would have been much better if the check-in/check-out instructions and basic information about the room had been sent by email or through Agoda beforehand. Overall, the room itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped, but the communication before arrival could definitely be improved.

    All in all not a bad stay however there are no staff members to help with the intermittent key card and also one key for more than one traveler is very inconvenient
