    the unacceptable treatment I experienced during my recent stay at the hotel. I was wrongfully accused of smoking in the room, despite the fact that neither I nor anyone in my party engaged in any such activity. As a result, I was forced to pay multiple fines amounting to R3000, without any evidence being presented to support these allegations. In addition to this, the situation was handled in an extremely unprofessional and distressing manner. Staff members repeatedly came to our room at night, which felt intrusive and amounted to harassment. This created a highly uncomfortable and intimidating environment during what was supposed to be a safe and private stay. The manner in which this situation was handled raises serious concerns about your hotel’s practices, including the lack of proper investigation, disregard for guest rights, and the use of pressure to enforce unjustified penalties. This experience was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.
