    Royal Majestic Hotel - 3.5/5 Stars I recently stayed at the Royal Majestic Hotel and would like to commend the staff for their exceptional hospitality. Upon mentioning that it was my birthday, I was graciously upgraded to a superior room. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and set a very positive tone for my stay. The hotel is generally well-maintained and the service is attentive. However, there are notable areas that require improvement. Firstly, the air-conditioning in my room was not functioning at all, which significantly affected the comfort of my stay and is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. Secondly, the breakfast was quite disappointing. The variety was very limited, the fruit was not fresh and of poor quality, and the pastries did not appear to be fresh either. The overall presentation and quality of the breakfast buffet needs considerable attention. While I appreciate the kindness shown to me by the team, these maintenance and catering issues prevent me from giving a higher rating. With improvements in these areas, the hotel has the potential to be excellent.

    From the moment I arrived to leaving the Friendliness of the staff and the hospitality was definitely 6 star! Nothing was too much for the staff. Had some great chats with all i came into contact with. This is definately my new home in Joberg when I come for business. You never have to leave the hotel, with the mall attached and many restaurants, gym, roof top pool. I would recomend this to anyome looking for a qulaity stay for personal and business!

    The hotel has excellent location but facilities need to improve. No hot water in rooms, TV not working , phones not ok, air conditioning not working at all neither hot nor cold.
