Staff was very accommodating and welcoming, included coffee was delicious, the room was HUGE for the price point. Only downside is that the mattresses are very firm. It was a little off putting at first, but I did get great sleep, so take what you will from that. lol the hotel is also pretty well located but in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Close to what you want to be close to without all of the hustle and bustle. Also, there were countless hole-in-the-wall spots of varying price points to eat within a short walk.

The room was spacious for the three of us staying in it! The bathroom was also very nice and spacious as well! Check-in process was seamless. The cleaning service was a treat. The quiet area this hotel was in was perfect! Was so nice to come back to after spending time on the crowded streets of Shibuya or Shinjuku. Highly recommend if you want a quieter neighborhood!

The station was 5 minutes walking there was Ac the drier from our room did not work so when we washed clothes it stayed super wet which was not good
