    Great location, amenities, laundry and convenience store on the first floor. Staff were exceptional and amazing, one of the sweet front lady helped me find my lost phone after a taxi ride, even with an app she's not seen before. I'm very grateful to her. Would come back again and parking was no issue. Kakao map/ naver map might take you to the back of the hotel but it was still easy enough to find the front of the hotel and parking is easy enough.

    I stayed at room 501 for 4D3N. While the room is spacious, but the bed linen is abit dirty with stains spotted. Think there is bed bug as both my friend and I spotted redness on our hands

    We loved the room, the pool, the breakfast and the location. The front desk clerks were very helpful and overall it was a perfect stay in TV heart of Seogwipo very close to restaurants and hikes.

    Firstly, I would like to commend all the reception staff at Hotel Casaloma for their helpfulness and responsiveness to my requests. However, the state of the hotel room and quality of the breakfast is a big letdown. Main issues with the room: 1. Aircon shuts down automatically after hitting the set temperature, this makes the room stuffy and hot especially during bed time with the quilt on. 2. No hangers behind the door or attached to the wall in the bathroom 3. Shower hose was leaking 4. No instant coffee or tea provided in the room 5. Insufficient power points especially near the bedside; I could only use 1 of the 2 power points below the table as I had to attach my travel adaptor which made the the other power point beside it unusable as it was too close; the built-in multi-adaptor power point was not functioning 6. Quality of the breakfast was very poor, very limited spread, the food is not kept warm, guests have to fry their own eggs, and hygiene is an issue with an insect stuck on the rice ball!
