The king studio was adequate and super clean. No problem there. The furnishings were not very comfortable. Definitely style over substance. Sofa....like a block of foam. Two barstools that were also uncomfortable. Bed was adequate. Pillows okay. Ice machine was noisy next to my room and lots of elevators and stairs to navigate if you have any issues with that. Pet fee for 1 dog is $150. Parking is $25 per day. It is not secured parking either...just a regular lot. Staff was the bright spot in our stay. The pool was also nice and the breakfast was excellent. Definitely upscale offerings on this buffet style breakfast room. Folks in kitchen were the BEST as were the housekeeping staff. My husband and I use verizon and we had SOS or 1 bar of service in this part of town. The hotel was fine...but for price point...I would look elsewhere next time.

The hotel was as expected, clean. I think the upcharge for the patio was a waste and the fee for parking wasn’t brought up until check in which was kind of shady. The front desk was awesome and the bartender was amazing.

Very nice property but getting to our room from the front entrance and lobby was very inconvenient. Not sure who designed the hotel layout because I’ve never been in a hotel this size and of newer construction that was so difficult to get to our room poor layout

I stayed here for 3 days and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The hotel does have a mini store near the lobby where you can get microwaveable foods, drinks, even detergent. I had the king size bedroom but it was more of an apartment studio. It came with a kitchen area including stove top & pots/pans. Spacious living space and the bathroom/shower was amazing. Sedona does offer shuttle service to various trailheads or different parts of town. The restaurants were fantastic, I did not have a bad experience at either place. The Vault, Sedonuts, & Pisa Lisa are strong recommendations.

Our stay was uncomfortable, I was intimidated by Vicky, front desk counter! Vicky told me their rooms were all one size, she didnt let me change my accommodations, which I found out that evening there were different ones! Spoke to (Sonny) asst. general mgr. was friendly. said she had lack of communication, also was charged for parking 25.00 a day (3) I shouldn’t had to pay for parking!

The staff here are all amazing: kind, helpful and attentive. Breakfast each day was delicious and varied with items for different food needs. The pool area was pleasant without any traffic noise. We loved the proximity to hiking and biking trails and would stay here again! One nice surprise was when a marching band practices at the school field and we could hear them from the pool!

The stay was amazing and let me tell you why. The check in process was very quickly I even got a map with directions to my room. The property was very clean and classy. The happy hour from 4-6 so worth it!. Don't get me started on the breakfast you would quickly forget you were at a hotel and not a restaurant. This hotel exceeded my expectations 5 star service

Would not stay here again. You have to pay $25 a day for parking and it’s way out of town, no restaurants nearby and no restaurant in hotel. Room was so smelly we had to change rooms. The pull out bed was the worst we’ve ever seen and we use pull out beds a lot. Pool was nothing special. No views. Breakfast was ok.

Overcharging charging pet fees twice no boundaries entered my room without permission twice when two signs of do not disturb and pet sign on the door.Traumatized my cat and mold and toxic chemicals in the vent when turned on.We paid over 500$per night and left unwell.
