Dear Norman I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality and service i received during my stay at Middle Eight Hotel from 5 to 9 August. From the moment i arrived, i was made to feel genuinely welcome. Your warmth, friendliness, and enthusiasm were truly outstanding. You were always happy to help and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience in London. Your recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to enjoy were excellent and added so much to my trip. I was also incredibly grateful for your assistance in helping me to book ticket for The Devil wears Prada musical, which turned out to be one of the highlight of my visit. I would also like to recognise another gentleman from Hong Kong who was part of your team. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but he was equally exceptional. Both of you consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for your guests. No request was ever too much trouble,, and you always took the time to offer assistance with a smile. What impressed me most was how natural and sincere your hospitality felt. It did not feel like customer service; it felt as though I was being looked after by friends who genuinely wanted me to have the best possible experience. The positive energy, kindness, and dedication shown by both of you are a true credit to Middle Eight Hotel. Staff like yourselves are what transform a good hotel stay into a memorable one, and I wanted to ensure your efforts were recognised. I would also like to extend my compliments to the team managing the breakfast service. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, attentive, and superb in every way. Each morning, they greeted guests with genuine warmth and helped create such a pleasant atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast every day, and it quickly became one of the highlights of my stay and the perfect way to start each morning. Their excellent service and cheerful attitude made a lasting impression on me. Please extend my thanks and appreciation to everyone involved in making my stay so memorable. It is clear that Middle Eight Hotel has built a culture of genuine hospitality, and every team member I encountered contributed to making my visit special. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by staff exceeded my expectations and are the reasons I will happily recommend the hotel to friends visiting London. Perfect location for business and social trips. Staff were lovely and room was clean and tidy.

I normally stay at Hilton’s, the Middle Eight was far superior in every way and makes Hilton look like Butlins.

Front of hotel and bar area is great, fabulous location but the room was awful, smelt damp and fusty, unacceptable for a hotel of this calibré. Will not be retiring , shame as it was always a favourite
