    This is an exceptional hotel. The location is great with lots of restaurants and accessible by car. The rooms very wry clean. The staff was very courteous, polite and helpful. The amenities in the room were amazing. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

    Everything was good. Near to New Delhi Train Station, Restaurants and connaught place. Staff is cooperative and helpful. #Room Dine in services can be quicker.

    This hotel is overrated. It’s in a dirty and busy part of town. Unsafe at night. Room was not properly equipped with towels and toiletries. Bathroom shower drained was clogged. And the entire floor smells unpleasant. Restaurant is closed for renovation but not informed prior to check in. Not a Best Western standard overall.
