Clean room, great location walking distance to many of the vintage shops, restaurants and bars we were planning to visit. Finding free street parking became a game for us so we didn't have to pay the high priced valet parking fee. We were also upgraded to a nicer room category but it ended up being right on the corner facing the construction noise outside that started as early as 7am and one day went on until 2am. Honestly, a great value hotel and very kind staff so I would absolutely return hoping this construction situation was a one off.

The room was small but not tiny and all the amenities were nice. The staff was friendly. Other reviews complained about the noise and homeless people but neither were prevalent union my late night arrival or stay.

We had a family emergency and were not able to visit the hotel. Because we booked thrid party, they were not able to refund or provide a raincheck. But the staff was very nice on the phone.

Clean room, necessary amenities, very quiet. Street parking was somewhat challenging requiring an app and is limiting depending on time of day.
