We had a great experience staying at The Mill in Aruba, especially considering this was a last-minute planned hotel stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and overall the property exceeded our expectations.
The only reasons we would not give this an official five-star rating are because one of the fountains that shoots water into the pool had a slight sewage-like smell, which was concerning, and the process of getting checked into our room took longer than expected.
However, the staff did a great job making up for the inconvenience. One of the ladies at the front desk was especially kind and thoughtful, bringing us complimentary bottles of water and grilled chicken sandwiches while we waited. That level of customer service really made a difference and showed that they cared about our experience.
Overall, The Mill is an excellent place to stay in Aruba. The staff, service, and accommodations made our stay enjoyable, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The staff was so kind, helpful, and very personable and easy to talk to. The pool was always very clean, and the live music was very enjoyable. It was the perfect hotel for my wife's and my wedding anniversary.
