    To me Eagle Beach is the best beach on Aruba, and our stay at Amsterdam Manor was just all around great. Highly recommended!

    There is no short way to describe how great this was for my daughter and I. The room and amenities were everything we needed. The hotel and restaurant staff - both at Passions on the beach and Horizons by the pool- were exceptional. From the greeting with rum punch to the friendly smiles and "always here to help" attitude, the staff went out of their way to keep us feeling welcome at all times. We even joined some staff for an Amsterdam Manor monthly beach cleanup and enjoyed it so much. The convenience of walking across the street to what is one of the most gorgeous beaches we have ever seen, combined with the ease of hotel staff helping us set up chairs and making sure we had everything we needed, made our experience so relaxing. We spent an afternoon at Palm Beach to check out their shops and such and that visit made us even more grateful that we chose Amsterdam Manor--away from the high rise, Americanized area and more nestled into the beauty that Aruba has to offer. Hotel staff helped us secure a jeep rental for our own self-guided adventures and all other transportation we required (which wasn't much because we just loved being right there at the hotel's beachfront paradise under a thatched umbrella! We felt pampered and cared for from beginning to end. Thank you Amsterdam Manor for a truly exceptional stay.
