The view; the condo unit; proximity to Eagle Beach.
In our limited experience, the property is the windiest place on the island. We spent time at Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, CA lighthouse, Baby Beach, etc. and the property was consistently windier than all those. It was often difficult to enjoy the pool at the property because of the incessant wind.

The condo is beautiful, spacious, well maintained, comfortable and has a gorgeous view! The property is outstanding, meticulously maintained, and the perfect location. The pool area and large hot tub/jacuzzi are clean, have plentiful seating and you have a view of the ocean. The pools were never crowded and the guests were well behaved and friendly. The whole stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

10/10! The place was clean with very bright and inviting decor. The ocean sunset view in the evenings you can catch from the balcony was a MAJOR highlight! We didn’t get to enjoy the pool for long since we spent more time at the beach but it looked lovely. The check-in process was seamless and our host was very responsive. It was a great experience overall and I’ll definitely be coming back!
I needed more time! The place is really a gem, no complaints.
