Very quiet and clean. Nice interior design. Great location. Thr balcony was pretty cool.

One point subtracted for the extrme sewage smell coming from the drainage. Second point substracted for lots of minor things like only 1 chair, only 1 hook for coats, not a smart TV, the shower being part of the main room, no conditioner, nobody cleaning the tea and coffee area (we declined cleaning of the room but would've expected them to replace cups, glasses and cutlery from the community "Teeküche" and clean away the rubbish there at least).

Clean, modern, comfortable, central and helpful staff. And a cool bar down the street, far enough to not be noisy and close enough to stop on the way home.
