    Thank you very much for a great stay! The staffs are very nice, helpful and friendly. I booked a superior room with a balcony and for 7 days. It is a big, very comfortable and clean room. There is a good selection buffet breakfast, from 6 Am to 9 Am. The hotel in force no smoking rule. 👍You can walk to the beach, 12 minutes, There are many restaurants around here and there is a local market nearby. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

    this hotel is old-fashioned, but with excellent location with direct access to sea beach. The breakfast is good, with wide choice of meals. We live here for 2 weeks, getting complimentary beverages each morning.

    We made our reservation approximately 6 months ago and received confirmation. After a 7 hour drive from Nha Trang through heavy traffic and after dragging our luggage up the stairs to the hotel lobby, we were informed by the front desk clerk that we had been “upgraded” to the Seagull Hotel. By this time our taxi from Nha Trang had left and we took another taxi at our expense to the Seagull Hotel. At check-in at the Seagull Hotel, for some peculiar reason, we were asked for copies of our visas even though our visas were already checked by Vietnam immigration and our passports were stamped accordingly. We had already provided our passports to the desk clerk as we have done at each and every hotel throughout our stay in Vietnam. This redundant step by the front desk clerk was an unnecessary inconvenience that was inflicted on weary travelers and we had to rummage around in our luggage in the hotel lobby to provide the copies of our visas to the desk clerk. In addition, we were already annoyed that we were not informed before we arrived at the hotel we originally booked about our “upgraded” accommodation . We have noted that cell phones are almost universally used in Vietnam but nobody thought to to use the cell phones they are constantly looking at to redirect us to the “upgraded” hotel before we arrived and so that we would arrive at the “upgraded” hotel.
