Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhanh, check-in thuận tiện.

The location is very good as it is a few minutes walking distance from the beach and many restaurants. I had booked a single ocean-view studio for 7 nights. The first room I was shown to had mold around the bathtub, open drain holes and a kettle heavy with lime scale. I was told there were no other rooms available so I had to spend the night there. The next afternoon, I was transferred to another room. The kettle was better (I scrubbed it myself again) but there were no mugs/ glasses to pour the hot water into. I asked for cups and bowls and I was given 2 rice bowls (which I used to drink tea in). I didn't use the hot plate because suitable cookware wasn't provided. (The heavy pot I was given was charred at the bottom) There was no hot water available for the shower and the duvet had no cover. At this point , I was exhausted so I let it go. I only used the room to sleep in. I had planned to change accomodation but then the typhoon hit and I was stuck there for the rest of the week.
