    The reasonable price is beneficial, along with its convenient location. Staff are also nice. But the room is quite small, its door cant stay open without held, and its lock is too annoying

    The only cons is that it's so nice it gets booked out fast, so for me, I only had the chance to book one night. I recommend to book the succeeding days instead of checking it out for one night like I did, and not able to book the next days. Pros -one block from the beach -hotel service since it is a hotel -4 beds in one room -separate shower and toilet -comfy bed, and room temp -private, with bed curtains -spaceous lockers,with lock and provided hangers -water for cleaning feet outside of the hotel -with elevator, though I only stayed on the second floor -there's a common area at the lobby though I didn't use it, but good for waiting if taking the afternoon or night bus -finally, it's close to bus stations(4 blocks away). I booked a bus to Danang at Xe Son Tung.

    Staff members are nice and place is clean. When I got to the hotel, the reception told me that I could book for an extra night. On Agoda, the price was lower but it was locked by the hotel's sale team. I requested to speak to the owner. She told me she blocked off the room for personal reason and urged me to look elsewhere for the extra night or upgrade to a better room which I would have to pay triple the price. I understand business needs to make money but this is poor and unethical practice. The hotel wasn't full and she tried to sell the high price room.
