    Wes was outstanding. He went out of his way to make sure I got a plug to charge in my room. Room was clean and functional and I felt safe. But please update the hotels contact details, I couldn’t get through because the email provided on Agoda is inactive. Really grateful.

    Overall it was fine for the one night we stayed. The bed is comfortable, TV has many English channels. The only issue we had was with the check-in process. First of all, there was no communication from the hotel regarding the check-in info. When we arrived around 3pm, nobody let us in the building. We followed other people when they got in the building. Then we had to find out which the floor the hotel is located. Apparently each floor is different hotels in the same building. Once we found out the hotel in the 2nd floor, there was nobody in the reception at 3pm?! We had to message them and waited for an half hour until someone coming. The check-in process definitely needs to improve.

    The rooms are Clean, that's the positive part. The rooms a re noisy. But the worst part is if you want to check in after 4 pm or checking out before 9 am don't waste your time. We had a late check in but there was nobody left in the building, the phone number didn't work and we had to stay at holiday inn. The next day when we came back, the guy was laughing about it but want to refund the first night but now the refund is not a option anymore. So if you like to stay in this part of the city, save yourself the trouble and book a room at holiday inn 100 meters away. We really loved Lisbon, but this hotel made it a lot worse. Never staying here again
