    Very Good Apartment for family however if you go as group of friends then sleeping is issue as they have 2 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. We did try to request 6 single beds but there was no reply. Anyway 1 had to sleep on the floor.

    Muito positivo: localização, o silêncio do apartamento, o espaço. O ar condicionado no quarto e na sala. Positivo: o duche, a limpeza, as bolachas, doce e chá. A melhorar: o colchão podia ser mais confortável. Péssimo: o lavatório entupido não é aceitável. As almofadas são de péssima qualidade. Coisas fáceis de corrigir que melhoraria muito a estadia e a percepção de qualidade.

    False advertising was the biggest issue with this stay. Agoda listed check-in as 2pm and check-out as 12pm, but after booking we were told it was actually 3pm and 11am. We chose this property specifically because the advertised times suited our travel plans. Communication via WhatsApp was not the best, and the self-check-in process was unnecessarily cumbersome and time-consuming. There is no staffed reception desk, no luggage storage, and virtually no facilities available. For a property claiming to be 4-star accommodation, the service and amenities fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, we left disappointed and would not stay here again.
