This is our third time staying at the Kiki. We keep returning because of how consistently well kept, clean, and organized this apartment is. The communication with Oliver is outstanding. He always meets our expectation, and travelling as a family, sometimes we have a lot requests.
The pool was necessary because of the seaweed at the beaches!
We look forward to returning.

I recently stayed at this property while on vacation at Tulum. I was very pleased with the room since it has 2 beds and kitchenette. It is located within 40 mins from the Tulum airport and within 15 mins from beaches and Tulum Center. I recommend you try this hotel if you need a place to stay while vacationing in Tulum.
