El desayuno y la cordialidad de los anfitriones.
La dificultad para encontrar el complejo cuando se llega de noche: hay poca señal de celu en esa zona y el cartel identificatorio e ingreso tienen escasa iluminación. El tamaño muy pequeño de las habitaciones. Las camas matrimoniales solo cuentan con una sola mesa de luz lo que obliga a usar una banqueta para esa función. Tampoco hay lugar ni soporte para colocar una maleta mediana. Hay que dejarla en el piso. La placa radiante de calefacción que se encuentra muy próxima a la cama no se puede regular por lo que la calefacción de la habitación es on/off. La puerta corrediza del baño se trababa en su riel cuando se la abría o cerraba.
