    Typical Tru by Hilton hotel, breakfast is subpar at best, not worth waking up early for. The hotel has surprisingly dim lighting, which is somewhat odd. However, the front desk staff, especially Divy, makes up for these shortcomings. Divy is the shining light in the hotel, incredibly positive and enthusiastic. He greeted me with such warmth, likely the first ever to genuinely thank me for choosing Hilton. Throughout my stay, he consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Regardless of the hotel's overall quality, it's individuals like Divy who truly enhance the guest experience and leave a lasting impression:)
