White Ribbon was a very nice place to stay, the rooms were very clean and check in was very easy. Our only issue was with the air conditioner that did not work in our room. We would stay again

First time staying at this property, but the whole experience was really good. The check in was easy, with clear messaging before we arrived of where to go and the member of staff gave clear instructions on how to find the property/ room we were staying in. The use of key boxes really helped.
The location was great, as not right in the centre, be really good access links via the metro.
The only small issue was the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall.
Using WhatsApp to message the reception was really good, we had to use it once to get some more toilet roll, which they delivered
