About this chalet rental
Lovely semi-detached chalet located in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca. It is part of a group of eight properties surrounded by a beautiful garden, which share a private swimming pool, just a few metres from the sea.
On this level we find a lovely dining room with sea views, open to the charming kitchen and a beautiful terrace with a dining area and wonderful sea views. It also has a toilet. Downstairs we find three lovely bedrooms, all of them opening onto the private garden that surrounds the property. One of them has a double bed, another has a single bed and the other has two single beds. It also has a bathroom.
It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres in the vicinity.
On the terrace there is a seating area, sun loungers
The beautiful beach with crystal-clear waters of Cala Molins is only 50 metres away.
There is a large free car park very close by.
It is worth noting that we have fibre optic with high-speed Internet for remote working (600 MB).
Smoking is permitted outdoors

Pool dimensions 8x4m / Maximum depth: 1.8m / Minimum depth: 0.7m
IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is charged for each guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person:
from 1 November to 30 April €0.55 and
from 1 May to 31 October: €2.20.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.
A welcome basket is provided with each booking. We provide all information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest…) in an online guide so you can make the most of your holiday.

The three bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and had air conditioning, which was perfect for the hot days. There were several of us, but space was never an issue – the large living room with a TV allowed us to relax together comfortably. The kitchen was very well equipped, but we also had the option to dine at nearby restaurants, which was very convenient. And the best part: the pool and the sea were just a few steps away. Simply incredible – we would definitely come back.

location perfect, quiet but near a great beach and restaurants, shops etc. villa was very spacious (family of four) and lovely outdoor areas including large balcony. pool was cleaned every morning and was perfect for our needs.

Spacious and well designed holiday accommodation. The apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished. The pool area is small but well kept with loungers. On request we were supplied with beach munication was good and prompt.

Maria’s villa is excellently located in a quiet coastal town about 10 minutes drive from Pollensa old town. It’s a charming little place with lots of restaurants and two beaches — one sandy and the other rocky to see fish. The villa issparkling clean, has a great, quiet and safe pool which was perfect for us as a family to cool down. I recommend staying here and get a car if you do for access to the islands attractions.
